Our rates are:

• $150 for a 50-minute individual session

• $50 for a group EMDR session

• $300 for a 3-hour EMDR intensive

• Other groups cost between $15 and $20 per session

I am currently out-of-network with insurers, but I’m happy to provide superbills if your insurance reimburses for mental health services.

I should be paneled to be In Network with insurance companies by Fall 2026.

Yes, we offer a free 15-minute video consultation. Finding the therapist that best fits you is crucial to the healing process. We want to give you the chance to meet our therapists, ask any questions you have, and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward.
